摘要
简要介绍了目前内燃机车柴油机主要的冷却方式及控制方法,提出了双流道干式冷却系统及基于高温水温度闭环的冷却系统控制方法,实际运用效果表明,该冷却系统冷却水温度控制精确,可保证柴油机在适合的温度下工作,有效控制柴油机排放,并降低燃油消耗率。
The cooling system and main control method of the diesel locomotive engine was briefly introduced in this paper,put forward the control method for dual flow dry type cooling system and cooling system based on high-temperature closed-loop.,Practical application effects show that the cooling system has the advantages of compact structure,high heat dissipation efficiency and accurate temperature control of cooling water,it can ensure the diesel engine works at a suitable temperature,effectively control the diesel emission,and reduce the fuel consumption rate.
