重罐车车辆TPDS、TADS系统严重报警处理方案优化研究

摘要 针对现场运用中重罐车临修车辆施修受《铁路货车站修规程》(以下简称《站规》)相关规定制约,导致重罐车轮对故障处理时间长的问题,提出以TPDS、TADS报警重车为监控对象,通过列检技术作业系统集中操作和控制平台获取TPDS、TADS报警车信息,通过各车站上报的预确报信息获取车辆空重信息和终到站信息,实现对TPDS、TADS报警车辆的跟踪管理。使列检值班员及时掌握TPDS、TADS系统报警重车的运行情况,并及时扣修或回送检修站点修理,有效提高处置效率。 This paper aims at the problem of long processing time of heavy can wheel pair fault due to the restriction of relevant regulations in station regulations in field application.It is proposed that TPDS and TADS alarm heavy vehicles are taken as the monitoring object,TPDS and TADS alarm vehicle information is obtained through the centralized operation and control platform of the train inspection technical operation system,and vehicle empty and load information and terminal station information are obtained through the preconfirmed information reported by each station,so as to realize the tracking management of TPDS and TADS alarm vehicles.This scheme enables the train inspection personnel on duty to master the operation of TPDS and TADS system alarm heavy vehicle in time,and timely repair or return to the maintenance site for repair,so as to effectively improve the disposal efficiency.
