吴茱萸穴位贴敷联合热敷在预防肺癌术后患者恶心呕吐中的应用效果

Application of Evodia Rutaecarpa Acupoint Sticking Combined with Hot Compress in Prevention of Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting in Patients with Lung Cancer

目的:探讨吴茱萸穴位贴敷联合热敷在预防肺癌术后患者恶心呕吐中的应用效果。方法:将2019年4月1日~2020年5月31日胸外科收治的160例胸腔镜下肺叶切除术肺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各80例。对照组采用常规治疗及护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用吴茱萸穴位贴敷联合热敷,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组术后6~12 h、12~24 h恶心呕吐发生情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后首次排气及排便时间早于对照组(P<0.05),且追加使用甲氧氯普胺次数少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:吴茱萸穴位贴敷联合热敷对治疗和预防肺癌患者术后恶心呕吐的干预效果良好,操作简便、治疗费用低且副作用小,患者易接受,临床依从性好,具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the application effect of evodia rutaecarpa acupoint sticking combined with hot compress in prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients with lung cancer.Methods:A total of 160 cases of lung cancer patients with thoracic surgery under the thoracoscope for lung resection during April 1,2019 to May 31,2020 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 80 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional treatment and care,the observation group on the above basis was given evodia rutaecarpa acupoint sticking combined with hot compress,comparison was made between the two groups on nursing effect.Results:The nausea and vomiting degrees after 6-12 h,12-24 h were lighter in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05);The first exhaust and defecate time were earlier in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the additional use of methoxychlor amine number was less in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The evodia rutaecarpa acupoint sticking combined with hot compress has good intervention effect in treatment and prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients with lung cancer,with easy operation,low treatment cost and small side effects,which is easily accepted by patients,the clinical compliance is good,and with good clinical application value.
