分阶段康复护理对手指肌腱损伤修复术后患者的影响

Effect of Stepwise Rehabilitation Nursing on Postoperative Patients with Finger Tendon Injury Repair

目的:探讨分阶段康复护理对手指肌腱损伤修复术后患者的影响。方法:将150例接受手指肌腱损伤修复术治疗患者按护理方法不同分为观察组和对照组各75例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予分阶段康复护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组肌腱主动活动(TAM)优良率高于对照组(P<0.05),手功能感觉恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后3个月视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),Barthel指数评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:分阶段康复护理应用于手指肌腱损伤修复术后患者康复过程,能改善患者肌腱主动活动情况,促进手功能感觉恢复,缓解疼痛,减少并发症,提高日常生活能力和护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of stepwise rehabilitation nursing on postoperative patients with finger tendon injury repair.Methods:A total of 150 cases of patients with finger tendon injury repair according to different nursing methods were divided into the observation group and the control group,75 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional care,the observation group on the above basis was given stepwise rehabilitation nursing,comparison was made between the two groups on nursing effect.Results:The tendon active movement(TAM)was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05),the hand feeling function recovery was better in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05);the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were lower in the observation group 3 months after intervention than those in the control group(P<0.05),the Barthel index was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complication was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05),the nursing satisfaction scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the stepwise rehabilitation nursing in the postoperative recovery process of patients with finger tendon injury repair,can improve patients tendon active movement,promote the hand feeling function recovery,relieve pain,reduce the complications and improve the ability of daily life and nursing satisfaction.
