体位改变评定脑卒中卧床患者心功能的方法探索 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究体位改变评定脑卒中卧床患者心功能。方法:选择我院2018年7月至2020年1月收治的脑卒中卧床患者60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分组,观察不同体位、角速度、体位改变幅度、体位改变角速度情况下患者的心功能变化。结果:体位60°、75°组患者心率、平均动脉压高于0°组,每搏量、血氧饱和度低于0°组;角速度25°/s组心率、平均动脉压高于5°/s组,每搏量、血氧饱和度低于5°/s组;体位改变幅度-15°~+75°组心率、平均动脉压高于0°~+75°组,每搏量、血氧饱和度低于0°~+75°组;体位改变25 min组心率、平均动脉压高于改变5 min组,每搏量、血氧饱和度低于改变5 min组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中患者在床上-15°、0°、30°体位下5°/s、15°/s的改变速度对心功能影响较小,体位改变5 min、15 min对心功能影响较小,可依次进行后续试验。 Objective:To investigate the effect of changes in body position on the cardiac function of bedridden patients with stroke.Methods:A total of 60 bedridden patients with stroke in our hospital were selected for study.Four groups of experiments were carried out according to random number table method.The changes of heart function were observed.Results:The heart rate and average arterial pressure in the 60°and 75°groups were higher than those in the 0°group,the blood oxygen saturation and stroke volume were lower than those in the 0°group(P<0.05).The heart rate and average arterial pressure were higher and stroke volume and oxygen saturation were lower in the change speed of 25°/s group,-15°-+75°group and the 25 minutes change group than those in the 5°/s group,0°-+75°group,and 5 minutes group,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions:The change speed of 5°/s and 15°/s in the position of-15°,0°,30°of bedridden patients with stroke has little effect on heart function.The position change of 5 minutes and 15 minutes has a normal effect on the heart function.Follow up experiments can be carried out successively.
