COVID-19疫情下本科护生负性情绪的相关性研究

Correlation study of negative emotion of undergraduate nursing students during the outbreak of corona virus disease 2019

目的:了解新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下,本科护生负性情绪水平及相关性因素。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取某医学高校护理本科在校生507人为研究对象,采用抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21)和自制护生COVID-19态度量表进行调查,利用线性回归分析进行相关性研究。结果:护生所在年级和周围是否有COVID-19患者负性情绪得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护生的负性情绪与今后是否从事临床护理工作、所在年级、获取疫情信息最主要渠道、未来临床工作科室选择呈负相关(P<0.05),与疫情或突发公卫疾病期间,停业、停课、停运,居家隔离看法呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:COVID-19疫情下本科护生负性情绪整体水平较低。是否临床工作、所在年级、疫情信息渠道及未来临床科室选择是负性情绪的影响因素。

Objective:To investigate the level of negative emotion and related factors of undergraduate nursing students during the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to select 507 nursing undergraduates from a Medical University as the research objects,and the depression-anxiety-stress scale(DASS-21)and the self-made attitude scale of nursing students to COVID-19 were used to investigate,and linear regression analysis was used for correlation study.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in the negative emotion scores of nursing students in different grades and whether there were COVID-19 patients around them(P<0.05).The negative emotion of nursing students were negatively correlated with whether they would engage in clinical nursing work in the future,their grade,the main channel for obtaining epidemic information,and the choice of future clinical work departments(P<0.05).And the negative emotion were significantly positively correlated with the closure,suspension of classes,suspension of transportation,and isolation at home during the epidemic or sudden public health illness(P<0.05).Conclusions:The overall level of negative emotion of undergraduate nursing students under COVID-19 epidemic is low.Whether clinical work,grade,epidemic information channel and future clinical department selection are the influencing factors of negative emotion.
