摘要
目的:调查分析护生的自我效能感现状和影响因素。方法:采用一般资料问卷、一般自我效能感量表,调查某高职院校的1198名护生的一般自我效能感及其影响因素。结果:自我效能感得分平均为(23.63±5.10)分。性别、学历类型、年级、常住地、见习实习与否、担任过学生干部、选择专业的原因、对就业前景的认识和家庭经济状况均为自我效能感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:护生的自我效能感有待提高,学校和医院应联合制订培养方案,根据学生不同特征,针对性地培养自我效能感。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the current status and influencing factors of general self-efficacy of nursing students.Method:The general data questionnaire and general self-efficacy scale were used to investigate general self-efficacy and its influencing factors in 1198 nursing students in a higher vocational college.Results:The score of general self-efficacy of the nursing students was 23.63±5.10.Gender,type of education,grade,permanent residence,internship,student cadre,reasons for professional selection,awareness of employment prospects and family economic conditions were the influencing factors of self-efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusions:The self-efficacy of nursing students needs to be improved.Schools and hospitals should jointly develop a training plan to cultivate the self-efficacy according to different students′characteristics.
