摘要
目的:探讨双路径协同健康教育模式对初产妇产褥期的健康管理行为与效果的影响。方法:对2018年1月至7月在我院分娩的140例初产妇及其配偶为研究对象,随机分为对照组(接受产褥期常规健康教育)和试验组(双路径协同健康教育模式),各70例。比较2组初产妇产褥期健康管理行为、健康教育知识知晓情况及新生儿疾病并发症发生情况。结果:干预前和干预后比较,2组产妇自我遵医依从性、婴儿护理和母乳喂养、社会角色转换评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后试验组自我遵医依从性、婴儿护理和母乳喂养、社会角色转换评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);产妇保健知识、母乳喂养知识、计划免疫知识掌握情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组新生儿湿疹/红臀、消化不良、黄疸发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对初产妇及其配偶采取双路径协同健康教育模式进行干预,可提升初产妇产褥期健康管理行为水平,增加健康教育知识知晓情况,降低新生儿并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the influence of dual path cooperative health education mode on the health management behaviors and effects of primiparas during puerperium.Methods:From Jan to Jul 2018,140 primiparas and their spouses were randomly divided into control group(receiving routine puerperium health education)and experimental group(dualpath cooperative health education mode),with 70 cases in each group.The puerperium health management behavior,health education knowledge level and the incidence of neonatal complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of medical compliance,infant care,breastfeeding,and social role transition before and after the intervention in two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of medical compliance,infant care,breastfeeding,and social role transition were significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group.After the intervention,the knowledge of maternal health care,breastfeeding and immunization in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of neonatal complications such as eczema/red buttock,dyspepsia and jaundice were significantly lower in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention with dual path cooperative health education mode can improve the health management behavior level,increase the knowledge of health education and reduce the incidence of neonatal complications.
