基于岗位胜任力的环境卫生学综合性、设计性实验教学实践与效果分析

Research and effect analysis of comprehensive and designed experimental teaching of environmental health based on position competency

目的:探讨环境卫生学开展综合性、设计性实验教学改革的模式和效果分析。方法:选择某医学院2017级全体预防医学专业本科生,按所在班级随机分组,常规试验组采用常规实验教学,综合试验组将原有的单独的验证性实验整合成环境质量综合评价,需要学生自行设计、自主完成实验并作出评价报告。以2组学生投入的工作量、学习方式、期末成绩和调查问卷对教学效果进行评价。结果:综合试验组的学生,为了完成实验目标自行查找资料并进行综合评价,不论是课前、课后投入的时间,与教师和同学的互动,查阅的相关资料数均显著高于常规试验组,综合试验组学生在课后评价中认为收获很大、自主学习能力和表达能力提升明显的比例也显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:综合性、设计性实验促使学生主动获取解决方案,在课程中投入更多的时间精力,从而使学生在课程中收获更大。

Objective:To explore the mode and effect of comprehensive and designed experimental teaching reform in environmental health.Methods:All students from grade 2017 who major in preventive medicine were randomly divided into two groups according to their classes.The conventional experimental group adopted the conventional experimental teaching,while the comprehensive experimental group integrated the independent confirmatory experiments into the comprehensive evaluation of environmental quality,requiring students to design and complete the experiments independently and make the evaluation report.The workload,learning style,final score and questionnaire of the two groups were used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:In order to achieve the experimental goal,students in the comprehensive experimental group searched for data and made comprehensive evaluation by themselves.The time invested before and after class,the interaction with teachers and classmates,the number of relevant data they searched of the comprehensive experimental group were significantly higher than those of the conventional experimental group(P<0.05).The proportion of self-learning ability and expression ability improved significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive and designed experiment makes students actively obtain solutions and invest more time and energy in the course,so that students can gain more in the course.
