摘要
创新型人才培养是主动适应国家经济转型升级的必然要求,也是我国高等学校办学的职责使命。经管专业是高校的热门专业,随着社会经济快速发展,企业对经管专业创新型人才的需求巨大,但目前经管专业人才培养和社会需求有一定差距。本文通过分析经管专业创新型人才培养存在的主要问题,以案例形式着重分析获教育部推荐的北京科技大学创新人才培养特色,总结培养亮点,并提出创新型人才多元协同培养模式的构建与实践。
The cultivation of innovative talents is an inevitable requirement for proactively adapting to the country's economic transformation and upgrading,and it is also the duty and mission of China's higher education institutions.Economics and management is a popular major in colleges and universities.With the rapid development of society and economy,enterprises have a huge demand for innovative talents in economics and management,but there is a certain gap between the training of economics and management professionals and social demand.By analyzing the main problems existing in the cultivation of innovative talents in economics and management specialty,this paper focuses on the characteristics of the cultivation of innovative talents in University Of Science&Technology Beijing recommended by the Ministry of Education in the form of cases,summarizes the training highlights,and puts forward the construction and practice of multiple collaborative cultivation mode of innovative talents.
