摘要
为了提高对公司制改革的适应性,轨道交通集团公司迫切需要全方位地优化其自身的人才招聘管理体系,以满足自身对人才招聘的需要。本文结合广东某轨道交通集团公司的实际案例,以人员能力、管理理念等为切入点,就现阶段轨道交通集团公司人才招聘管理遇到的问题进行阐述与分析,并基于此制定了轨道交通集团公司人才招聘管理体系架构,提出有效的建议,在理论层面上为提高人才招聘管理工作质量提供支撑。
In order to improve its adaptability to the reform of the corporate system,the Rail Transit Group Company urgently needs to optimize its own talent recruitment management system in an all-round way to meet its own talent recruitment needs.Combined with the actual case of a rail transit group company in Guangdong,taking personnel ability and management concept as the starting point,this paper expounds and analyzes the problems encountered in talent recruitment management at the present stage,formulates the talent recruitment management system architecture based on this,and puts forward effective suggestions to provide support for improving the quality of talent recruitment management at the theoretical level.
