摘要
企业发展离不开人才支持,管理人力资源实现职工技能提高、职工素质提升,最终形成企业文化。目前,企业人力资源面临管理意识不足、人才流动不畅、职工职业倦怠、高技能人才引进困难等问题。为适应企业战略发展的需求,企业应建立以人为核心的人力资源管理机制、符合战略需求的培训机制、满足职工意愿的健康机制、体现按劳分配的激励机制,从而保障企业人才需求。
Enterprise development is inseparable from the support of talents,and the management of human resources realizes the improvement of employee skills and the quality of employees,and ultimately forms a corporate culture.At present,corporate human resources are facing problems such as insuffi cient management awareness,poor talent fl ow,employee burnout,and diffi culty in introducing highly skilled talents.In order to meet the needs of corporate strategic development,companies should establish a human resource management mechanism centered on people,a training mechanism that meets the strategic needs,a healthy mechanism that meets the wishes of employees,and an incentive mechanism that refl ects the distribution according to work,so as to ensure the needs of corporate talents.
