摘要
经济全球化的深入发展为我国民营企业的发展带来了更多的机遇和挑战,在激烈的市场竞争环境下,要想更好地促进民营企业发展,需要加强对民营企业人力资源管理的重视。本文结合民营企业的发展特点,在阐述民营企业人力资源管理存在问题的基础上,就如何强化民营企业人力资源管理和实践应用进行探究,以期为民营企业人力资源管理提供更好的理论参考。
The in-depth development of economic globalization has brought more opportunities and challenges to the development of private enterprises in China.In the fi erce market competition environment,in order to better promote the development of private enterprises,it is necessary to strengthen the attention to the human resource management of private enterprises.Combining the development characteristics of private enterprises,this article discusses how to strengthen the human resource management and practical application of private enterprises on the basis of explaining the problems of private enterprise human resource management,in order to provide a better theoretical reference for private enterprise human resource management.
