摘要 为了减少3D打印钛合金缺陷,提高连接点质量,分析了工艺参数对激光3D打印钛合金组织拉伸性能的影响。首先分析了影响激光3D打印钛合金组织拉伸性能的参数不确定性;进行2次不同工艺参数对拉伸性能的影响实验,可以发现在热处理环境下,晶粒尺寸增加,拉伸性下降,集束尺寸扩大,拉伸性能增强,而厚片度的提高,对钛合金的强度与拉伸性均有利;实验二将线能量密度、坡口角度以及扫描路径作为工艺参数,对拉伸性能做方差对比,结果表明线能量密度对钛合金拉伸性能影响较明显,密度越大拉伸性能越强,通过分析可以为后续打印过程提供近优工艺参数,保证激光3D打印质量。 This research aims to analyse the influence of process parameters on the microstructure and tensile properties of 3D laser printing titanium alloy to reduce 3D printing titanium alloy defects and improve the quality of connection points.Firstly,the uncertainty of parameters affecting the tensile properties of laser 3D printing titanium alloy was analysed.Two experiments were carried out on the influence of different process parameters on the tensile properties.It can be found that under the heat treatment environment,the increase of grain size,the decrease of tensile property,the expansion of cluster size and the enhancement of the tensile property,while the increase of thickness is beneficial to the strength and tensile property of titanium alloy Energy density,groove angle and scanning path are used as process parameters to compare the variance of the tensile properties.The results show that the linear energy density has a noticeable influence on titanium alloy’s tensile properties.The higher the density is,the stronger the tensile properties are.According to the analysis,the near-optimal process parameters can be provided for the subsequent printing process to ensure the quality of laser 3D printing.
