A Case Analysis of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome Complicated with Glycopenia

阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)可导致胰岛素抵抗、糖代谢异常,甚至引发糖尿病。OSAHS与胰岛素抵抗以及2型糖尿病独立相关。OSAHS与低血糖的发生是否相关,目前没有相关的研究,本文拟从一例个案探讨OSAHS与低血糖的发生间的关系。

Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)can lead to insulin resistance,abnormal glucose metabolism and diabetes.OSAHS is independently associated with insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes.Whether OSAHS is related to the occurrence of glycopenia has not been studied.This paper intends to explore the relationship between OSAHS and glycopenia by a case report.
