超声评价睡眠不足与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究睡眠不足与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年2月重庆市开州区人民医院收治的睡眠不足患者40例作为观察组,选取同期体检的正常睡眠健康者40例作为对照组。2组均接受超声检查颈动脉及血流动力学检查。比较2组的检测结果,并分析睡眠质量与检测指标的关系。结果:观察组的总动脉中膜厚度、血管阻力指数、血管运动度及血管僵硬度显著高于对照组,血管弹性扩张系数显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),睡眠质量与上述指标密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:长时间睡眠不足容易引起颈动脉粥样硬化,可利用超声技术检测血管僵硬度及弹性情况,以便及早发现预防疾病。 Objective:To analyze the correlation between sleep deprivation and carotid atherosclerosis with ultrasound detection.Methods:A total of 40 patients with sleep deprivation in People′s Hospital of Kaizhou District in Chongqing City from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 40 persons with normal sleep who received physical examination at the same period were selected as the control group Then the two groups were detected with ultrasound examination.And the carotid artery and hemodynamics of two groups were compared,and relationship between the sleep quality and detection indexes were analyzed.Results:The total arterial media thickness,vascular resistance index,vascular motility and vascular stiffness of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,theartery flexible expand coefficient was significantly lower than thatof control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05),the sleep quality was closely related to those indexs(P<0.05).Conclusion:The insufficient sleep for a long time is likely to cause carotid atherosclerosis.Ultrasound technology can be used to detect the stiffness and elasticity of blood vessels in order to detect and prevent diseases as early as possible.
