耳穴埋籽法对改善白内障术后患者睡眠质量的疗效观察

Observation the Curative Effect of Ear Acupoint Seed Embedding Method on Improving Sleep Quality of Patients after Cataract Operation

目的:观察耳穴埋籽法用于白内障术后患者睡眠障碍的疗效。方法:选取2016年5月至2017年3月赤壁市人民医院收治的白内障术后发生睡眠障碍患者74例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。观察组患者采用耳穴埋籽法进行治疗,对照组患者仅做常规护理治疗,采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)比较2组患者治疗前后睡眠质量的差异,同时比较2组治疗前后的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者在治疗后PSQI评分低于对照组组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者总有效率为91.89%,显著高于对照组的72.97%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴埋籽法用于白内障术后患者睡眠障碍的治疗中,具备良好临床效果,可缓解患者睡眠障碍,值得在临床治疗中推广。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of ear acupoint seed embedding in patients with sleep disorder after cataract surgery.Methods:A total of 74 patients with sleep disturbance after cataract surgery admitted to Chibi People′s Hospital from May 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the research subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 37 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with ear acupoint seed embedding method,while control group was only treated with routine nursing treatment.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the difference of Sleep Quality between the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment was compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.89%,significantly higher than that in the control group(72.97%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ear acupoint seed embedding method has good clinical effect in the treatment of sleep disorders of patients after cataract surgery.It can relieve sleep disorders of patients,and is worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.
