孟鲁司特钠片辅助甲泼尼龙治疗老年支气管哮喘伴睡眠障碍的效果及对睡眠质量和症状恢复的影响

Effect of Montelukast Sodium Tablet in the Treatment of Elderly Bronchial Asthma with Sleep Disorder and its Effect on Sleep Quality and Symptom Recovery

目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠片辅助甲泼尼龙治疗老年支气管哮喘的效果。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年3月广东省四会市人民医院收治的老年支气管哮喘发作患者148例作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组74例。对照组在基础条件上使用甲泼尼龙治疗,观察组在对照组基础上辅助使用孟鲁司特钠片,记录2组哮喘治疗效果,睡眠质量及症状恢复量表指标。结果:观察组睡眠质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组症状恢复量表相关指标数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠片辅助甲泼尼龙治疗方案可有效改善老年支气管哮喘症状,提升睡眠质量,减少神经衰弱发生。

Objective:To investigate the effect of montelukast sodium tablets in the treatment of elderly bronchial asthma with methylprednisolone.Methods:A total of 148 patients with bronchial asthma attack in Sihui People′s Hospital of Guangdong Province were selected as the research objects.Patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment method,with 74 patients in each group.The control group was treated with methylprednisolone on basic conditions.The experimental group was supplemented with montelukast sodium tablets on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,sleep quality and symptom recovery scale indexes of the two groups were recorded.Results:The sleep quality of experimental group was better than that of control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of symptoms recovery scale related indicators between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast sodium tablets in addition to methylprednisolone therapy can effectively improve the symptoms of elderly bronchial asthma,improve sleep quality and reduce neurasthenia.
