品管圈在小儿雾化吸入治疗中的应用及对患儿睡眠影响

Application of Product Coil in Atomization Inhalation Treatment and Its Effect on Sleep

目的:探究小儿雾化吸入治疗中的品管圈活动应用价值及对患儿睡眠的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年8月陵城区人民医院收治的肺炎患儿84例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例,所有患儿均接受雾化吸入治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用品管圈护理,观察2组患儿治疗效果及睡眠质量评分(PSQI)。结果:观察组治疗有效率为92.86%,对照组治疗有效率为76.19%,观察组显著高于对照组。护理后,观察组患儿睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺炎患儿接受品管圈护理后,治疗有效率显著提升,可有效改善患儿疾病症状及睡眠质量,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the value of coil coil in children and the effect on sleep.Methods:A total of 84 children with pneumonia treated in January 2018 to August 2020 were selected by randomized digital table,and 42 children were receiving atomization inhalation treatment,the control group,observation group,and observed the treatment effect and sleep quality score(PSQI).Results:The treatment efficacy was 92.86%,76.19%and significantly higher than the control group.After nursing,the sleep quality score in the observation group was below the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After pneumonia care,the treatment efficiency can effectively improve the disease symptoms and sleep quality.The nursing model is worth clinical promotion.
