溃疡性结肠炎患者心理应激水平和睡眠质量调查

Investigation of Psychological Stress and Sleep Quality in Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

目的:调查溃疡性结肠炎患者心理应激水平和睡眠质量。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月河北省滦平县中医院收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者120例作为研究对象,采用压力困扰量表(SDS)对患者的心理应激进行评估;使用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)对患者的睡眠质量进行分析调查。结果:不同严重程度的溃疡性结肠炎患者SDS总分、抑郁维度、焦虑维度得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PSQI平均(7.98±2.93),明显高于健康人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:溃疡性结肠炎患者存在一定水平的心理应激,对病情的恢复有较大影响,同时也会影响患者睡眠质量,值得临床研究。

Objective:To investigate the psychological stress level and sleep quality of patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods:A total of 120 patients with ulcerative colitis in Luanping Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the psychological stress of the patients was evaluated by the stress distress scale(SDS);Pittsburgh sleep index(PSQI)was used to analyze the sleep quality of the patients.Results:There were statistically significant differences in SDS total score,depression dimension,and anxiety dimension scores in patients with ulcerative colitis with different disease severity(P<0.05);PSQI average(7.98±2.93).It was significantly higher than that of healthy people(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Patients with ulcerative colitis have a certain level of psychological stress,which has a greater impact on the recovery of the disease,and also affects the sleep quality of the patients.It is worthy of clinical research.
