Structural Design Optimization of Double-sided Wearable Vest

针对目前双面可穿西服马甲在美观性和舒适性等方面存在的不足,对其在款式与结构设计方面进行了优化。在保证其整体外观统一性的前提下,实现细节设计的多样化,且提高其双面穿着的舒适性。在满足工艺可行的条件下,对马甲进行结构优化,如加大围度规格、裁片放缝统一化、加宽搭门量、双面袋口错位、分割线设计多样化、腰带设计差异化等,以期为优化双面可穿西服马甲的整体设计研发提供一定的理论参考。

In view of the shortcomings of the current double-sided wearable suit vest in terms of aesthetics and comfort,the style and structure design were optimized.Under the premise of ensuring the uniformity of its overall appearance,the diversification of detailed design was realized,and the comfort of its double-sided wearing was improved.The structure of the waistcoat was optimized under the conditions that the process was feasible,such as increasing the girth specification,uniformizing the sewing of the pieces,widening the amount of the door,dislocation of the double-sided bag,diversification of the dividing line design,and differentiation of the belt design,to provide a certain theoretical reference for optimizing the overall design and development of the double-sided suitable vest.
