摘要
目的探讨“实训-应用-评价”模式在中医内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取长春中医药大学中医学院2018级中医内科学专业学位硕士研究生40例为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组20例。实验组采用“实训—应用—评价”培养模式,对照组采用常规培养模式,周期为1年,对比2组不同模式的教学效果。结果1年轮转结束后,实验组学生的理论考核成绩、技能操作考核成绩、教师满意度及学生自评满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论“实训-应用-评价”模式在中医内科临床教学中收到了较好的教学效果,可夯实学生的基础知识,提高学生的操作技能,激发学生的学习兴趣,提升学生的临床思辨能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of“practical training-application-evaluation”model in clinical teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 40 postgraduates with a master’s degree in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine in 2016 in Changchun University of Chinese Medicine were divided into experimental group and control group,with 20 in each group.The experimental group adopted the training mode of“practical training-application-evaluation”,while the control group adopted the conventional training mode with a period of one year.The teaching effect was evaluated.Results At the end of the one-year rotation,the theoretical examination results,skill operation examination results,teacher satisfaction and students'self-evaluation satisfaction of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The“practical training-application-evaluation”mode has achieved good results in the clinical teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,which has consolidated the basic knowledge of students,improved their operating skills,stimulated their interest in learning and improved their clinical thinking ability.
