PBL教学法在中医呼吸内科教学中的应用 被引量:5

The Application of Problem-based Learning Method in the Teaching of Respiratory Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 目的分析PBL在中医呼吸内科教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月—2019年8月来中国医科大学附属盛京医院中医呼吸内科实习的72名实习生,随机分为实验组和对照组,各36名。实验组使用基于问题的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)教学,对照组予以传统教学方式。比较2组学生的考试成绩和学生对教学的总满意度,统计分析实验组学生的主观评价情况。结果实验组实习生的病例分析主观题成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组实习生的总满意度为100%(36/36),高于对照组的88.89%(32/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实习生认为学习的积极性和主动性、开阔思路、学习乐趣浓厚、培养自身临床思维、深入学习、拓展知识及课堂气氛融洽优于传统教学方式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医呼吸内科实习生中应用PBL教学方式,能提高实习生的病例分析主观题成绩和对教学的满意度,较传统教学方式好,值得在临床教学中推广应用。 Objective To analyze the application of problem-based learning(PBL)in the teaching of respiratory medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Seventy-two internships from June 2019 to August 2019 internship in respiratory medicine of traditional Chinese medicine of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were selected for this study.Students were divided into two groups according to 1:1,with 36 cases each.The experimental group used PBL for teaching,and the students in the control group were given traditional teaching methods.The test scores and students’total satisfaction with teaching were compared between the two groups,and the subjective evaluation of students in the experimental group was statistically analyzed.Results The scores of trainees in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of interns in the experimental group was 100%(36/36),which was higher than that in the control group(88.89%,32/36),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Interns believed that their enthusiasm and initiative in learning,broadening their mind,having a lot of fun in learning,cultivating their own clinical thinking,in-depth learning,expanding knowledge and harmonious classroom atmosphere were better than traditional teaching methods,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in the interns of respiratory medicine of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the scores of the subjective questions of case analysis and the teaching satisfaction of the interns,which is better than the traditional teaching method,and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical teaching.
