中医辨证施护在临床教学中的应用

The Application of Syndrome Differentiation Nursing in Clinical Nursing Teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨中医辨证施护在临床中医护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2017年12月—2019年12月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院实习的80名中医护理实习生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40名。对照组进行传统教学,观察组进行辨证施护教学。比较2组的中医辨证施护能力评分。结果观察组的掌握四诊内容、诊断患者证候、分析患者证候、提出中医护理诊断、提出正确治法、中医技能应用及进行健康教育的中医辨证施护能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床中医护理中应用辨证施护对中医护理实习生进行教学,具有较高的应用价值,可提高中医护理实习生的中医辨证施护能力,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application of syndrome differentiation nursing in clinical nursing teaching of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods A total of 80 TCM nursing interns who practiced in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received traditional teaching,and the observation group received nursing teaching based on syndrome differentiation.The scores of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing ability of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group was higher than the control group in terms of mastering the contents of four diagnoses,diagnosing patients’syndromes,analyzing patients'syndromes,proposing TCM nursing diagnosis,proposing correct treatment,applying TCM skills and carrying out health education,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of syndrome differentiation in clinical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine has a high application value in teaching TCM nursing interns,which can improve the TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing ability of TCM nursing interns,and is worthy of promotion.
