摘要
目的探讨改良基于问题的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)教学在儿科护理学教学中的应用效果。方法选择2019年3月—2020年12月在内蒙古医科大学附属医院儿科临床护理实习的200名实习护生作为研究对象,将护理实习生的学号按单、双号分组,单号分为实验组,双号分为对照组,每组100名。对照组采用传统教学法(Lecture-based Learning,LBL),实验组采用PBL+LBL教学法。比较2组实习护生的考核成绩。结果实验组实习护生的护理理论、操作技能及病例分析考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良PBL教学法用于儿科护理学教学中,能提高实习护生的护理理论、操作技能及病例分析成绩,值得在医学院校推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of improved problem-based learning(PBL)teaching in pediatric nursing teaching.Methods 200 students who entered the pediatric clinical nursing practice in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from March 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to their student numbers.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method(lecture-based learning,LBL),and the experimental group adopted the PBL and LBL teaching method.The assessment scores of the two groups were compared.Results The results of theoretical examination,case analysis and practical ability examination in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved PBL teaching method is effective in pediatric nursing teaching.It can further improve students’comprehensive quality and independent thinking ability,and promote the quality of teaching.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
