旋覆代赭汤合针灸治疗反流性食管炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

目的观察旋覆代赭汤合针灸治疗反流性食管炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年9月—2020年2月在沈阳市中医院治疗的60例反流性食管炎患者,随机分成针药组和西药组,每组30例。针药组采用旋覆代赭汤合针灸治疗,西药组采用奥美拉唑合莫沙必利治疗。比较2组的中医证候积分和治疗效果。结果针药组治疗后反酸、胸骨后疼痛、胸胁胀痛、胃脘嘈杂、气短的中医证候积分低于西药组(P<0.05);针药组治疗后胃镜下的总有效率高于西药组(P<0.05);针药组治疗后病理结果总有效率高于西药组(P<0.05)。结论旋覆代赭汤合针灸治疗反流性食管炎,能改善患者的症状,提高患者的治疗效果,体现了针药并用治疗反流性食管炎的中医特色和优势,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xuanfu Daizhe decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods 60 patients in Shenyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into acupuncture and medicine group(30 cases)and western medicine group(30 cases).Acupuncture and medicine group was treated with Xuanfu Daizhe decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the western medicine group was treated with omeprazole combined with mosapride.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of acid reflux,retrosternal pain,chest and hypotension pain,epigastric noise and shortness of breath in acupuncture and medicine group after treatment were lower than those in western medicine group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of acupuncture and medicine group was higher than that of western medicine group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of acupuncture and medicine group was higher than that of western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuanfu Daizhe decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of reflux esophagitis can improve the symptoms of patients and improve the treatment effect of patients,reflecting the characteristics and advantages of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of reflux esophagitis,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
