针刺治疗周期性乳痛症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture in the Treatment of Cyclical Mastalgia

目的观察针刺治疗周期性乳痛症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年7月—2020年1月在北京市平谷区中医医院治疗的60例周期性乳痛症患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组予以针刺治疗,对照组予以安慰针刺。比较2组治疗前后视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、乳痛天数、乳腺腺体厚度、临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗后,2组的VAS评分低于治疗前,乳痛天数短于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的VAS评分低于对照组,乳痛天数短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的乳腺腺体厚度薄于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为100.0%(30/30),高于对照组的83.3%(25/30)(P<0.05)。结论针刺治疗周期性乳痛症,能缓解患者的疼痛程度,缩短患者的疼痛时间,提高患者的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture on the treatment of cyclical mastalgia.Methods A total of 60 patients with recurrent milk pain treated in Pinggu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases.The observation group was treated with acupuncture,and the control group was relieved.The clinical effect,the visual analogue scale(VAS),the number of days before the first two weeks of breast pain,and the thickness of the gland in the first week of the two groups was compared with.Results After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the number of days of breast pain was shorter than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the days of milk pain was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the thickness of breast glands in the observation group was thinner than that before treatment and in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 100.0%(30/30),which was higher than 83.3%(25/30)of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture in the treatment of periodical milk pain can relieve the pain degree,shorten the pain time and improve the treatment effect of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
