旴江医家龚廷贤防治瘟疫特色探析

Analysis on the Characteristics of Xujiang Physician Gong Tingxian in the Prevention and Treatment of Plague

“医林状元”旴江医家龚廷贤在其众多著作中都专列记载瘟疫,龚氏防治瘟疫的理论及方法:①瘟病与气候异常有关,具有流行性;②治疗方法宜补,宜散,宜降;③瘟疫分为燥、寒、湿、温四类并以大柴胡汤、五积散、五苓散、败毒散主之;④首创二圣救苦丸,牙皂开关窍发其表,大黄泻诸火通其里,具有很好疗效;⑤采用心理、香熏、涂鼻、药酒防、艾灸等多种预防措施。认为龚氏在瘟疫的理论、治疗、预防等方面具有独特的见解,需要进一步整理挖掘,更好的发挥中医药传统优势,传承中医学宝贵财富。

Gong Tingxian,a Xujiang physician who is the top doctor in the medicine,specially recorded the plague in his many works.Gong’s theory and method of prevention and control of the plague are as follows:firstly,the plague is related to the abnormal climate and is epidemic,secondly,the treatment method is appropriate to supplement and disperse,the third is that the plague can be divided into four categories:dryness,coldness,wetness and temperature,which are mainly composed of Dachaihu decoction,Wuji powder,Wuling powder and Baidu powder,the fifth is the first Ersheng Jiuku pill,which has a good curative effect by opening and closing the orifices of the teeth soap,and letting the rhubarb drain all the fire through it,the sixth is to pay attention to various preventive measures such as psychology,aromatherapy,nose coating,wine prevention and moxibustion.Gong’s unique views on the theory,treatment,prevention and other aspects of plague need to be further sorted out and excavated to give full play to the traditional advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and inherit the precious wealth of traditional Chinese medicine.
