中医护理理念在手术室护理中的应用

The Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Concept in Operating Room Nursing

目的探讨中医护理理念在手术室护理中的应用效果。方法将2018年4月—2019年8月茂名市中医院手术室接收的90例患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组以及研究组,对照组45例患者接受常规护理联合护理查对制度干预,研究组45例患者接受中医护理理念联合护理查对制度,对比2组患者在不同护理干预措施下的护理效果。结果干预后,研究组护理质量评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总满意率96.56%(43/45)高于对照组80.00%(36/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室防范护理纠纷中采用中医护理理念联合护理查对制度,能有效提升患者满意度,该护理方案值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing concept in operating room nursing.Methods Using the digital table method,90 patients received in Maoming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine’s operating room from April 2018 to August 2019 were divided into a control group and a study group.45 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention combined nursing check system,and 45 patients in the study group received TCM nursing combined nursing check system.The concept combined with the nursing check system was used to compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients under different nursing interventions.Results After intervention,the nursing quality score of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the research group was 96.56%(43/45)higher than that of the control group,80.00%(36/45),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of TCM nursing concept and nursing check system in preventing nursing disputes in operating room can effectively improve patients’satisfaction,and this nursing scheme is worth popularizing.
