全方位反馈评价法在中医内科规培医师教学评价中的应用 被引量:5

The Application of Omni-directional Feedback Evaluation Method in Teaching Evaluation of the Standardized Training of Residents of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 目的评估全方位反馈评价法在中医内科规培医师教学评价中的客观效果,以进一步完善该教学评价。方法选取在长春中医药大学中医内科各科室参加住院医师规范化培训的医师81名为研究对象,给予全方位反馈评价法与住院医师培训细则相关规定相结合的考核方法。结果将各评价主体的评分情况进行差异性分析,规培医师与带教老师、规培医师与护士同事、规培医师与医师同事、带教老师与经管患者、医师同事与护士同事、医师同事与经管患者、护士同事与经管患者之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究对象的全方位反馈评价法评分与规培医师培训细则考核方法评分不成正比。结论全方位反馈评价法是有效的规培教学评价方法和手段,能够更好地反应规培教学效果,值得进一步实施与推广。 Objective To evaluate the objective effect of omni-directional feedback evaluation method in teaching evaluation of the standardized training of residents of internal medicine traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),so as to further improve the teaching evaluation.Methods Eighty-one physicians who participated in standardized training for resident physicians in various departments of internal medicine of TCM of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.The assessment method combining the comprehensive feedback evaluation method with the relevant provisions of the training rules for resident physicians was given.Results Difference analysis was carried out on the grading of each evaluation subject,gauge culture and teaching teachers,doctors and nurses colleagues,gauge the physician and the physician colleagues,with the teacher and colleagues operate patients,physicians and nurses,physician colleagues and operate,nurse colleagues and operate in patients between the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the other groups(P>0.05).The overall feedback evaluation method score of the subjects was not directly proportional to the evaluation method of the regulation and training rules for doctors.Conclusion Omni-directional feedback evaluation method is an effective evaluation method and means of regular training teaching,which can better reflect the effect of regular training teaching and is worthy of further implementation and promotion.
