Ⅱ型糖尿病患者生活质量及其影响因素的研究进展

Research Progress in the Quality of Life and Its Influencing Factors in Type 2 Diabetes

我国糖尿病患病率呈增长趋向,2型糖尿病患者群体不断增加。当前社区2型糖尿病患者的生活质量越来越受到社会的关注。随着医学发展和人们健康观念的转变,治疗糖尿病不只是控制血糖和延长寿命,也应注重提高患者生活质量。本文通过整理和分析我国社区2型糖尿病患者的生活质量及其影响因素的研究文献,总结研究现状及影响因素,提出现有研究存在的不足之处,就不足之处提出2点建议,为后续研究提供参考。

The prevalence of diabetes in China is increasing,and the population of type 2 diabetes is increasing.At present,the quality of life of type 2 diabetes patients in the community is more and more concerned by the society.With the development of medicine and the change of people's health concept,the treatment of diabetes is not only to control blood sugar and prolong life,but also to improve the quality of life of patients.In this paper,through sorting out and analyzing the research literature of the quality of life and its influencing factors of the community type 2 diabetes patients in China,summarizing the research status and influencing factors,putting forward the shortcomings of the existing research,and putting forward two suggestions for the shortcomings,so as to provide reference for the follow-up research.
