摘要
目的探讨临床情景模拟培训对实习护生临床评判性思维的影响。方法选取2019年7月—2019年12月在某医科大学附属医院实习的38名护生作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组19名。对照组进行传统临床实践教学指导,试验组实习护生在临床教学前1周增加临床情景模拟培训。比较2组实习护生的测评量表评分。结果实验组实习护生的测评量表评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论临床情景模拟培训在实习护生临床教学中应用,可提高护生的临床评判性思维水平。
Objective To explore the influence of clinical situation simulation training on clinical critical thinking of nursing students.Methods Thirty-eight nursing students who practiced in the Affiliated Hospital of a medical university from July 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 19 students in each group.The control group received traditional clinical practice teaching guidance,and the nursing students in the experimental group received clinical situation simulation training one week before the clinical teaching.The scores of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results The test scale score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of clinical situation simulation training in clinical teaching of nursing students can improve the level of nursing students’critical thinking.
