针药并用治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Clinical Study on Acupuncture and Medicine in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的观察针刺联合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取2017年10月—2019年5月沈阳市骨科医院收治的110例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各55例。对照组行常规西医方案治疗,观察组应用针刺联合中药方法治疗。比较2组的C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、血栓素β2水平、视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)、临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者治疗后的CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、MDA、血栓素β2水平低于对照组,SOD水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者均未出现异常,且未发生严重的与药物相关性不良反应。结论针刺联合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症,能使患者的血清细胞因子、MDA、SOD及血栓素β2水平保持在稳定状态,缓解患者的疼痛程度,提高患者的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine on lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 110 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Shenyang Orthopaedic Hospital from October 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 55 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine.The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF)in the two groups were compared Factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),Malondialdehyde(MDA),Superoxide dismutase(Superoxide)Dismutase(SOD),thrombotinβ2 levels,Visual analogue scale(VAS),clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the levels of CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,MDA and thrombosisβ2 in observation group were lower than those in control group,while the level of SOD in observation group was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS score of observation group was lower than control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no abnormalities and no serious drug related adverse reactions in 2 groups.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,which is worthy of promotion.
