强基固本三伏贴预防阳虚体质原发Ⅰ型骨质疏松髋部骨折的临床研究

Clinical Observation on Qiangji Guben Sanfu Plaster in Preventing Primary Type Ⅰ Osteoporotic Hip Fracture of Yang Deficiency Constitution

目的研究强基固本三伏贴预防阳虚体质原发Ⅰ型骨质疏松髋部骨折的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月—2019年11月在济宁市中医院治疗的120例原发I型骨质疏松患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组60例。对照组患者采用常规的基础方式进行治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上结合三伏贴进行治疗。比较2组患者的骨矿密度、阳虚体质积分及髋部骨折发生情况。结果研究组治疗后的骨矿密度和阳虚体质积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的髋部骨折发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于阳虚体质原发Ⅰ型骨质疏松患者,采用基础治疗结合强基固本三伏贴的治疗方式,能够改善患者的骨质疏松情况,降低患者髋部骨折的风险。

Objective To study the clinical value of Qiangji Guben Sanfu plaster in preventing primary type Ⅰ osteoporotic hip fracture of yang deficiency constitution.Methods A total of 120 patients with primary type Ⅰ osteoporosis treated in Jining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 60 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional basic methods,and patients in the research group were treated with Sanfu plaster on the basis of the control group.Bone mineral density,yang-deficiency constitution score and the occurrence of hip fracture were compared between the two groups.Results The bone mineral density and yang-deficiency constitution score of the study group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hip fracture in study group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For primary type Ⅰ osteoporotic hip fracture of yang deficiency constitution,the use of basic treatment combined with Qiangji Guben Sanfu plaster can improve the patient’s osteoporosis and reduce the risk of hip fracture.
