健脾和胃艾灸治疗胃癌中晚期脾胃虚寒证临床观察

Clinical Observation on Strengthening Spleen and Regulating Stomach Moxibustion in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer of Deficiency Cold of Spleen and Stomach Syndrome

目的探讨健脾和胃艾灸治疗中晚期胃癌脾胃虚寒证的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月—2020年1月来江西中医药大学附属医院就诊的80例脾胃虚寒型中晚期胃癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组予以住院常规治疗,观察组在此基础上予以穴位艾灸治疗。比较2组患者的治疗效果、生活质量评分、抑郁和焦虑评分。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的生理功能、生理职能、情感职能、社会功能、活力状态及整体健康等生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的抑郁、焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾和胃艾灸治疗中晚期胃癌脾胃虚寒证,能提高患者的治疗效果和生活质量,改善患者的抑郁、焦虑状态,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of strengthening spleen and regulating stomach moxibustion in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach syndrome.Methods Eighty patients with advanced gastric cancer with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome who came to Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to January 2020 were included in the study.Randomized data table method was used for grouping.They were divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment in hospital,and the observation group was treated with acupoint moxibustion on this basis.The treatment effect,quality of life score,depression and anxiety score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of physiological function,physiological function,emotional function,social function,vitality state and overall health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of depression and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The strengthening spleen and regulating stomach moxibustion in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach syndrome can improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients,improve the state of depression and anxiety of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
