某院活血止痛软胶囊的用药调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Medication of Huoxue Zhitong Soft Capsule in a Hospital

目的了解广州中医药大学第三附属医院门诊处方中活血止痛软胶囊的使用情况,为临床安全、合理用药提供参考。方法选取2019年1月1日—2019年6月30日广州中医药大学第三附属医院门诊的504张含有活血止痛软胶囊的处方进行整理。统计使用活血止痛软胶囊的患者类型、使用活血止痛软胶囊的中医诊断情况及活血止痛软胶囊的联合用药情况。结果广州中医药大学第三附属医院女性患者使用活血止痛软胶囊多,共有309张;中老年患者使用多,年龄大于55岁以上的患者共有291张;中医诊断为痹证的患者使用最多,其处方有221张;与非甾体抗炎药醋氯芬酸分散片联用最多,联用处方有214张。结论广州中医药大学第三附属医院使用活血止痛软胶囊的患者多为中老年女性,主要以痹证为主,用药基本符合相关规定,但多药合用现象普遍,存在潜在的药物代谢相互作用问题,应引起重视。且单张处方药物数量偏多,需考虑药物经济学等因素。

Objective To understand the usage of Huoxue Zhitong soft capsules in the outpatient prescription of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,and to provide a reference for clinical safe and reasonable medication.Methods A total of 504 prescriptions containing Huoxue Zhitong soft capsules in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 1st 2019 to June 30th 2019 were collected for collation and statistics.They were grouped by patient type,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diagnosis and combined medication,and the Huoxue Zhitong soft capsules were analyzed.Results There were 309 Huoxue Zhitong soft capsules used by female patients in our hospital,and 291 were used by middle-aged and elderly patients,and 291 were used by patients older than 55 years old;TCM had the most diagnosis of arthralgia,with 221 prescriptions.The body’s anti-inflammatory drug aceclofenac dispersible tablets are most commonly used,with 214 prescriptions.Conclusion Most patients of Huoxue Zhitong soft capsule in our hospital are middle-aged and elderly female patients,mainly with arthralgia.The medication is basically in accordance with the relevant regulations.However,the multi-drug combination is common and there are potential problems of drug metabolism interaction,which should be paid attention to.And the number of single prescription drugs is too large,and factors such as pharmacoeconomics need to be considered.
