儿泻停颗粒治疗肺炎儿童抗生素相关性腹泻临床观察

Clinical Observation on Erxieting Granules in the Treatment of Antibiotic-associated Diarrhea in Children with Pneumonia

目的观察儿泻停颗粒治疗肺炎儿童抗生素相关性腹泻的疗效。方法选择2019年3月—2020年3月江西省儿童医院呼吸内科住院的90例支气管肺炎患儿,随机分为治疗组49例和对照组41例。治疗组患儿自入组时口服儿泻停颗粒剂及布拉氏酵母菌散,对照组仅仅口服布拉氏酵母菌散治疗。用药72 h后进行疗效评定。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率为93.8%(46/49),高于对照组80.5%(33/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组每日大便次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),大便次数及性状恢复时间均较对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿泻停颗粒治疗肺炎儿童抗生素相关性腹泻安全有效。

Objective To observe the effect of Erxieting granules in the treatment of antibiotic-associated diarrhea in children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 90 children with bronchopneumonia hospitalized in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Jiangxi Children's Hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=49)and the control group(n=41).The children in the treatment group were orally treated with Erxiantian granule and yeast blabra powder,while the control group was only treated with yeast blabra powder.The therapeutic effect was evaluated 72 h after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.8%(46/49),which was higher than that of the control group(80.5%)(33/41),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the daily frequency of defecation in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the frequency of defecation and the recovery time of characters were shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Erxieting granules are safe and effective in treating antibiotic-associated diarrhea in children with pneumonia.
