备化汤治疗疑难病验案探析

Analysis on Beihua Decoction in the Treatment of Difficult Diseases

运气方备化汤(木瓜、茯苓、牛膝、炮附片、干地黄、覆盆子、生姜、甘草)出自陈无择《三因极一病证方论》,为丑、未之年按太阴湿土司天、太阳寒水在泉的运气特点而设立的一张名方。通过国家中医药管理局龙砂医学流派主要传承人顾植山老师的言传身教,本方的临床疗效逐渐被现代人再次证实,除用来治疗“病者关节不利,筋脉拘急”等痹证外,对于其他疑难病也多有疗效。本文拟对近5年来备化汤治疗的头晕、水肿、阵发性室上性心动过速、卵巢早衰等疾病的验案进行探析,以期为该方的进一步临床应用及研究提供依据。

Yunqi prescription Beihua decoction(papaya,Poria,Achyranthes bidentata,monkshood,dried rehmannia,raspberry,ginger,liquorice)comes from Chen Wuze’s book Three Causes and One Disease Syndrome,is a famous prescription set up for the year of Wet in the first half and cold in the second half.Through the teaching of Gu Zhishan,the main inheritor of Longsha Medical School of the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine,the clinical effect of this prescription has been gradually confirmed by modern people again.In addition to the treatment of arthralgia syndrome such as joint disease,it is also effective for other difficult diseases.In this paper,the clinical cases of dizziness,edema,paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia,premature ovarian failure and other diseases treated by Beihua Decoction in the past five years were analyzed in order to provide the basis for further clinical application and research of this prescription.
