疏风降气止咳汤对感染后咳嗽患者敏感性及相关指标的影响

Influence of Shufeng Jiangqi Zhike Decoction on Cough Reflex Sensitivity and Related Indicators of Patients with Post-infectious Cough

目的研究疏风降气止咳汤对感染后咳嗽风邪伏肺型的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月—2017年10月江西中医药大学附属医院肺病科门诊就诊的确诊为感染后咳嗽风邪伏肺型的患者60例,采用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。其中对照组1例因患者依从性差脱落,故共计完成59例病例。治疗组予疏风降气止咳汤治疗,对照组予孟鲁司特钠片治疗,疗程7 d。结束后观察比较2组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、生活质量评分及咳嗽敏感性。结果治疗组总有效率90.00(27/30)高于对照组68.97(20/29),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组中医证候积分、生活质量评分及咳嗽敏感性比较,差异无统计学意义;治疗后,2组均优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏风降气止咳汤治疗感染后咳嗽风邪伏肺型的临床疗效显著,可以提高患者的生活质量,降低患者的咳嗽敏感性。

Objective Through the clinical research on the effects of Shufeng Jiangqi Zhike decoction in treating post-infectious cough of wind pathogen hidden in the lung.Methods A total of 60 cases of patients diagnosed as pneumonitis with wind-evil after infection in the outpatient department of Pulmonary Disease,Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to October 2017 were selected.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Among them,1 case in the control group fell off due to poor patient compliance,so a total of 59 cases were completed.The treatment group was treated with Shufeng Jiangqi Zhike decoction,and the control group was treated with Montarukast sodium tablet.The course of treatment lasted for 7 days.Clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,quality of life score and cough sensitivity were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.00(27/30)compared with 68.97(20/29)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score,quality of life score and cough sensitivity between the two groups.After treatment,both groups were better than before,and the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shufeng Jiangqi Zhike decoction has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of post-infection cough with wind pathogen hidden in the lung type,which can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the sensitivity of patients to cough.
