艾灸结合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Moxibustion Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的探讨艾灸结合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2020年3月北京市石景山区中医医院收治的70例神经根型颈椎病患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组患者行针刺治疗,观察组则行艾灸结合针刺治疗,2个疗程后对临床疗效进行分析比较。结果观察组总有效率为94.29%(33/35),对照组总有效率为82.86%(29/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)颈椎疼痛评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意率也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸结合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病效果显著,有利于减轻患者的临床症状,促进患者恢复,值得推广及应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 70 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in Shijingshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with moxibustion combined with acupuncture.Clinical efficacy was analyzed and compared after 2 courses of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%(33/35),and that of the control group was 82.86%(29/35),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Visual analogue Scale(VAS)cervical pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was also higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has a significant effect,which is conducive to reducing the clinical symptoms and promoting the recovery of patients,and is worthy of promotion and application.
