芪苈强心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭临床研究

Clinical Study on Qili Qiangxin Capsule Combined with Metoprolol in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨芪苈强心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2018年2月—2020年2月江西省玉山县人民医院收治的114例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组57例。对照组采用美托洛尔及常规治疗方式,观察组在对照组的基础上采用芪苈强心胶囊治疗。比较2组患者的治疗效果、左心室射血分数(Left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)、B型脑钠肽(B-type natriuretic peptide,BNP)、心率及不良反应总发生率。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.49%(55/57),较对照组的78.95%(45/57)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的LVEF较对照组高,BNP和心率水平较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭,能够有效提高患者的治疗效果,改善心功能,并且不会增加不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 114 patients with chronic heart failure in Yushan County People’s Hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol and conventional treatment.The observation group was treated with Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with metoprolol.The therapeutic effect,Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),heart rate and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.49%(55/57),which was higher than 78.95%(45/57)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF of observation group was higher than control group,BNP and heart rate were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the total incidence of adverse reactions between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,improve cardiac function without increasing adverse reactions and is worthy of clinical promotion.
