基于《灵枢·经脉》“所生病”理论论治痛风

Discussed the Treatment of Gout Based on the“Disease of Viscera Connecting with This Channel”in Miraculous Pivot·Channel

痛风以高尿酸血症、反复发作的急性痛风性关节炎、间质性肾炎,伴痛风石形成为临床特点。随着生活水平提高,该病的发病率逐年升高,且该病反复发作,预后不良,而现代医学尚无根治该病的方法。《灵枢·经脉》篇以“是动病”“所生病”为例,规律地反映了每一经脉由于病理变化而产生的若干病候,可与痛风发作时关节疼痛部位、病因病机相联系。为有效缓解痛风临床症状、控制该病的发展,本文遵循《灵枢·经脉》篇中“所生病”理论,根据石学敏院士“所生病多为脏腑自身病症”观点,从足阳明胃经、手少阳三焦经、足少阳胆经、足少阴肾经的“所生病”辨证论治痛风,将该病与经络理论的归经、辨证与辨病相结合,不仅疗效甚佳,同时也为中医经络理论在痛风中的应用提供临床依据。

The clinical characteristics of gout were hyperuricemia,interstitial nephritis recurrentiy,and accompanied by tophus formed.The incidence rate of gout is increasing year by year with the improvement of living standard,and the prognosis of this disease is poor because of recurring.However,there was no radical cure for the disease in modern medicine.Miraculous Pivot·Channel took“disease caused by disorder of this channel”and“disease of viscera connecting with this channel”as examples,regularly reflected several diseases of each meridian due to pathological changes,which could be related to the location of joint pain,etiology and pathogenesis during the attack of gout.In order to relieve symptoms and control the occurrence and development of gout,the location of the disease in the acute attack of gout could be combined with meridian circulation.This paper,according to the theory of“disease of viscera connecting with this channel”in Miraculous Pivot·Channel,according the viewpoint of Shi Xuemin academician that“disease of viscera connecting with this channel”gout was treated according to the syndrome differentiation theory of“disease of viscera connecting with this channel”in the stomach channel of foot yangming,the tri-jiao channel of hand shaoyang,the gall bladder channel of foot shaoyang and the kidney channel of foot shaoyin.The treatment of gout could be combined with the meridians,syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation of the meridian theory,and it could provide the basis for the traditional Chinese medicine meridian theory in the treatment of gout.
