摘要
中医专业学位硕士研究生培养与规培“双轨合一”是医教协同深化中医学人才培养改革的关键,是加强中医临床人才队伍建设的有效方式,有利于加快构建具有中国特色医学人才培养体系。在“学科评估”战略背景下,探索符合“双轨合一”实际情况中医专硕培养模式和培养质量监控体系对于实现研究生教育内涵式发展、培养一流人才和提升学科水平具有重要意义。
The“dual-track integration”of the training and regulation of professional master programs in Chinese medicine is the key to deepening the reform of the training of Chinese medicine professionals in collaboration with medical education.In the context of the“discipline evaluation”strategy,exploring the training mode and quality monitoring system of the traditional Chinese medicine specialists in line with the actual situation of“dual-track integration”is of great significance for the connotative development of graduate education,the cultivation of first-class talents,and the improvement of the discipline level.
