本科临床实习生中医临床思维模式培养的研究

Study on the Cultivation of Clinical Thinking Mode of Traditional Chinese Medical in Clinical Practice for Undergraduates

目的研究如何有效地培养学生构建正确的中医临床思维模式,提高学生临床实践能力。方法选取福建中医药大学2018、2019级在福建中医药大学附属人民医院传统内科实习的40名本科实习生,随机分为实验组和对照组,各20名。入科时均进行入科考试,包括中医理论知识和中医病案分析2个部分内容。实验组采用“中医辨治六步程式”,并逐步增强自主思维,不断强化的带教模式;对照组采用传统的教学模式。比较2组本科实习生的病案分析出入科考核成绩。结果实验组本科实习生的病案分析出科考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论“中医辨治六步程式”,并逐步强化的带教模式有利于中医本科生在临床实习中构建正确的中医临床思维模式,提高实习质量和临床实践能力。

Objecttive To study how to effectively train students to build a correct clinical thinking mode of Traditional Chinese Medicine and improve their clinical practice ability.Methods 40 undergraduate interns from Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2018 and 2019 were divided into two groups:experimental group and control group.When entering the department,they all take entrance examination,including theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and medical record analysis.They were divided into experimental group and the control group according to the principle of random method.The experimental group adopted the six step pattern of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,and gradually strengthened the independent thinking and constantly strengthened the teaching mode.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The seventh case of intern’s reception was examined according to the standard of reception ability of standardized training of TCM.Results The examination results of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.01).The theoretical knowledge scores of the two groups were higher than those of the medical record analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion The six step program of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment and the gradually strengthened teaching mode are conducive to the construction of correct TCM clinical thinking mode and the improvement of practice quality and clinical practice ability of TCM undergraduates in clinical practice.
