摘要
为保证矿井的安全生产和井下人员的生命安全,根据黄陵一号煤矿生产规划和井下通风系统的改造需求,通过技术经济对比等方式最终确定煤矿三号风井通风机改造方案,改造后的通风机能够方便高效地满足三号风井服务区域内矿井初、后期风量负压需求。分析表明,轴流式通风机配套变频调速技术能进一步增大通风机工况调节范围,更能适应煤矿井下初、后期较大的风量负压调节需求,通风机不停风倒机系统能够消除煤矿通风机倒换过程中的井下停风,防止井下产生瓦斯积聚,有利矿井通风安全,提高矿井自动化及智能化水平。
In order to ensure the safe production of the mine and the life safety of the underground personnel,according to the production planning of Huangling No.1 Mine and the renovation demand of the underground ventilation system,the renovation plan of the ventilator of No.3 wind shaft of the coal mine was finally determined through technical and economic comparison,etc.The renovated ventilator can conveniently and efficiently meet the demand of the negative pressure of the initial and later air volume of the mine in the service area of No.3 wind shaft.The analysis showed that the axial flow fan with frequency conversion speed control technology can further increase the range of fan condition regulation,and better adapt to the demand for larger air volume and negative pressure regulation in the early and late stages of the mine,and the ventilator non-stop wind reversal system can eliminate the underground wind stoppage in the process of coal mine ventilator reversal,prevented the accumulation of gas underground,which was beneficial to mine ventilation safety and improve mine automation and intelligence.
