摘要
鲍店煤矿5312工作面配备的MG750/1860-WD型采煤机电气故障时常发生。针对这一情况,分析该采煤机的原理,重点从采煤机主机不启动、摇臂无法正常升降、牵送后变频器不得电、采煤机牵引4个方面入手,对这些故障分析、处理措施进行阐述和总结。实践应用以来,这些常见故障点原因和处理措施更加明确,设备运行效率显著提高。
The MG750/1860-WD coal mining machine equipped with the 5312 working face in Baodian Mine had electrical faults from time to time.In view of this situation,the principle of this coal mining machine was analyzed,4 aspects of coal mining machine mainframe not starting,rocker arm not lifting normally,inverter not getting power after drafting,coal mining machine traction were discussed,with fault analysis,treatment measures were elaborated and summarized.Since the practical application,the causes and treatment measures of these common fault points were clearer,and the operation efficiency of the equipment was significantly improved.
