摘要
光道矿针对矿井通风系统复杂、通风机的通风能力不足、局部巷道通风阻力大、采掘地点供风困难等问题,为满足实际通风需求,结合该矿实际情况,设计了矿井多区域均衡通风系统优化方案。通过更换主通风机和对多区域均衡通风系统进行优化,实现对矿井原通风系统的改造,并对每项改造措施的改造效果进行解算,保证改造的有效性,满足了矿井需风要求,为类似矿井的通风系统优化提供参考与借鉴。
Based on insufficient ventilation capacity of ventilation fans,high resistance to local tunnel ventilation,and difficulties in supplying air to mining sites in Guangdao Mine,in order to meet the actual ventilation demand,an optimization plan for multi-area balanced ventilation system was designed.By replacing the main ventilation fan and optimizing the multi-area balanced ventilation system,the original ventilation system of the mine was modified,and the effect of each modification measure was solved to ensure the effectiveness of the modification and meet the wind requirements of the mine,which provided reference for the optimization of the ventilation system in similar mines.
