摘要
针对空气循环制冷氮气液化工艺,采用ASPEN HYSYS软件开展动态模拟,考察了原料氮气的流量、温度、压力对液氮产量和氮气液化率的影响。模拟结果表明,设备启动110 min后,氮气温度到达液化温度约175℃;原料氮气流量对氮气液化性能影响最大,其次是原料氮气压力,氮气温度的影响最小,在室温范围内可以近似忽略。
For the air circulation refrigeration nitrogen liquefaction process,the influence of flow,temperature and pressure of raw nitrogen on liquid nitrogen yield and nitrogen liquefaction rate were investigated by using ASPEN HYSYS software.The simulation results show that after the equipment starts at 110 min,the nitrogen temperature reaches the liquefaction temperature of about 175℃;the raw nitrogen flow greatly affects the raw nitrogen pressure,which can be almost ignored at room temperature.
