生鲜垃圾减量化车间臭气处理工艺设计

摘要 从生鲜垃圾减量过程中臭气来源、组成、处理工艺和主要设备设计参数等方面介绍生鲜垃圾减量车间臭气处理工艺设计。车间前端采用负氧离子送风,后端采用“植物液洗涤+干式化学吸附”的处理工艺,厂界及有组织排放臭气浓度优于《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554-93)相应限值。工程实践表明,该工艺具有处理效率高、运行稳定及二次污染低的特点。 The odor treatment process design of fresh waste reduction workshop was introduced from the aspects of odor source,composition,treatment process and main equipment design parameters.The negative oxygen ion air supply was adopt by the front end treatment process of the workshop,and the treatment process of"plant extract deodorant scrubbing+dry chemical filter material adsorption"was adopt by the back end.The odor concentration at the factory boundary and exhaust pipe is better than the corresponding limit of Emission Standard for Odor Pollutants(GB14554-93).Engineering practice shows that the process has the characteristics of high treatment efficiency,stable operation and low secondary pollution.
