酒钢选矿厂关于降低磁选尾矿品位工业实践

摘要 本文通过强磁机新型齿板与普通齿板以及三角形棒介质盒与普通圆棒介质盒工业试验对比,研究新型齿板及介质盒对提高强磁选回收率,降低磁选尾矿品位的效果,结果表明新型齿板在精矿品位不变的情况下回收率可以提高8个百分点以上,尾矿品位降低1.6个百分点以上,说明新型齿板对提高强磁选回收率,降低磁选尾矿品位效果明显;三角形介质盒精矿品位升高3个百分点,精矿回收率降低9个百分点,尾矿品位升高0.5个百分点,说明三角形介质盒对提高回收率效果差。 The effect of new gear plate and medium box on improving the recovery rate of strong magnetic separation and reducing the grade of magnetic tailings is studied by comparing the ordinary gear plate and triangle medium box and ordinary round rod medium box.The results show that the recovery rate of the new gear plate can be increased by more than 8 percentage points and the tailings grade decreased by over 1.6 percentage points,indicating the new plate can improve the strong magnetic recovery and reduce the grade of magnetic tailings;the concentrate grade of triangular medium box is increased by 3 percentage points,the concentrate recovery rate decreased by 9 percentage points,and tailings grade increased by 0.5 percentage points,indicating the effect of triangular medium box is poor on improving the recovery rate.
